Our company is customers oriented and focus on providing prompt and all-round service to our customers. Our target is to help customers to solve all of their problems happen during they run our machine. We will keep improving our service system and keep our customers satisfied. If you have any problem or suggest, please feel free to let us know.
Our Aboard Service Policies:
Ⅰ. We guarantee the whole machine for 6 months;
Ⅱ.Within the length of warranty, as for the products quality problem, the replacement components and expressage will be free of charge, but our staffs’ traveling expense, daily accommodation and compensation will be paid according to our standard;
Ⅲ. As for the problems happen out of the length of warranty, or caused by wrong operation or repair without authorization within the length of warranty, we will collect our service charges as below:
1.Our repairmen can apply for reimbursement according to their round-traveling tickets, the return ticket can be sent to you after our repairmen come back.
2.The accommodation compensation for our repairmen will be counted from the date of leaving our company to the date of finishing repairing, and it can be applied for reimbursement according to our company rules.
